The latest powerful female to join the Blackshaw team is Tammy Meinershagen. Tammy is a recognized change maker and transformational leader, serving as Chief Innovation Officer and Managing Partner at Blackshaw Partners. Her role will be overseeing all business strategies and operations expanding the Blackshaw brand, both in the U.S. and internationally. She also leads the firm’s Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Practice and Client Engagement in Dallas/Frisco.
Tammy’s decorated career includes 10+ years serving clients through strategic change, creating initiatives that mobilize key stakeholders and result in increased brand awareness and winning partnerships. Her work has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Dallas CEO Magazine, Korea Daily News, Dallas Morning News, WFAA, Local Profile Magazine, Frisco Style Magazine, and many other media outlets.
Tammy made history as the first Asian-American to serve on Frisco City Council, well-known in the community for her positive impact championing arts, culture, and diversity.
On her pivotal role in this new position at Blackshaw Partners, Tammy adds that “C-suite and board positions do not look the same as they did 40+ years ago.
